Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for both defective and non-defective products,
subject to the conditions mentioned below:

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused or slightly used only for inspection
  • The product must be in original condition and original packaging

Return requests raised after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return request, the customer must contact us within
2 days of receiving the product with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or videos (if applicable)

Return Shipping & Charges

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • The customer must safely ship the product back to our address
  • Any damage during return transit will be the customer’s responsibility
  • A nominal processing or handling deduction may apply depending on product condition

Inspection & Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued based on inspection
  • Refund amount depends on product condition and reason for return
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: within 2 business days after approval

Please note that bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

Free Replacement Policy (No Cost to Customer)

We provide a free replacement without any additional charges in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product received does not match the final design approved by the customer
  • Manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent from our side

Such issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery with proper proof.

Cases Where Refund May Be Partial or Declined

  • Wrong order placed by the customer
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor variations inherent to customized products
  • Product returned in damaged, used, or altered condition
  • Return requests raised after 2 days of delivery

Final Authority

iCreations reserves the right to approve or reject return requests and decide
the refund amount after inspection. This policy may be updated without prior notice.
