How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It usually takes anywhere from 5 days to 12 days to reach your order from the day of you ordered.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns in exchange of the ordered product in case it is delivered wrong or damaged or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund. Check our Returns & Exchange Policy

Can I see preview before actual product is made?

Yes our team will contact you and share preview with you. Only after your approval we will begin preparation.

Is there any limitations on revsions while designing?

We provide unlimited revisions. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Can I customize the dimensions other than what is mentioned?

Yes we can do that but it may alter the price accordingly

Can I get the product in my regional language?

Yes we support all regional languages.

Do you provide installation at our premises?

No onsite installation is not possible but we do include necessary accessories like screws and caps for fitting purpose.
