We collect your customisation details after ordering

Once you place your order, our team will contact you to collect your customisation details and share a design preview on your WhatsApp. We will process your order for production only after you approve the design.

Simply select your size and place your order. If you wish, you can enter basic details, such as your name or house number, in the optional text box. You can leave this box blank and complete your purchase; we will collect the details when we contact you.

We will discuss your preferred text and design personally. Please provide a reachable phone number at checkout and confirm the WhatsApp number for your preview when we contact you. Check the spelling and layout carefully before approving the design. Names and designs in the product photographs are examples; your nameplate will be made to the design you approve.

Glossy acrylic with an integrated LED box

The nameplate consists of two separate parts: the printed acrylic front and a smaller round acrylic LED box behind it. The box has opaque white acrylic sides and a frosted acrylic front that allows light through from the LED modules inside. Its diameter is one inch smaller than the nameplate, keeping it discreet when viewed from the front.

• Front material: 3 mm acrylic with a glossy finish and reverse UV printing.
• Lighting: warm white LED modules with the adapter housed inside the rear box.
• Power connection: approximately 6 feet of wire with a two-pin plug.
• Rear box depth: approximately 1.2 inches; assembled depth approximately 32 mm.
• Shape: round, in 12-inch, 15-inch and 18-inch diameters.

Two-part wall installation

1. Position and secure the rear LED box to a suitable wall using appropriate wall fixings.
2. Align the UV printed acrylic front with the box.
3. Fasten the front using the supplied left and right screws, then fit the decorative mirror caps over the front fixings.
4. Connect the two-pin plug to a suitable socket and switch on.

The package includes the acrylic nameplate front, LED rear box with internal adapter, attached wire and plug, front fixing screws and decorative caps. The manufacturer specifies indoor and outdoor use with a weatherproof nameplate body. Keep the electrical plug and socket connection protected from water; no IP rating is specified.
