Steel Name Plate For Home 8×12 — Golden Brushed Stainless Steel

Steel name plate for home — 8 × 12 inch golden brushed steel

This personalised steel name plate for home brings a warm metallic accent to main-door walls, flats and independent homes. Made from 304-grade stainless steel with an approximately 1.2 mm sheet thickness, it combines a golden brushed surface with high-quality UV-printed customer details. The 8 × 12 inch size offers a taller horizontal layout with room for two name lines and a meaningful symbol. Names and numbers shown in the photographs are examples; your plate is prepared using the details and design you approve.

Premium material, clear personalisation

The golden brushed finish has a directional texture rather than the reflective appearance of a mirror finish. It provides a distinctive background for contrasting lettering while retaining the character of a metal nameplate. The stainless steel is grade 304, a corrosion-resistant material suitable for everyday nameplate applications. This is a steel sheet product, not a solid brass plate or a wooden board.

Your name, number and agreed design are printed using high-quality UV printing. Subtle glossy spot varnish on the black artwork adds a balanced highlight when light falls across the surface. The effect is selective: it does not turn the entire golden brushed background into a mirror. Actual colour and gloss can appear different under daylight, indoor lighting and different screen settings.

Choose the right steel name plate for home layout

The 8 × 12 inch format is designed for main-door walls, flats and independent homes. Its proportions support a taller horizontal layout with room for two name lines and a meaningful symbol. Before ordering, measure the available wall area and consider where visitors will stand when reading the plate. Leave space around the edges so that the design does not feel crowded by switches, trims or other fixtures. For a longer name, a clean arrangement and generous letter spacing often work better than adding too many decorative elements.

This version is horizontal, with the first dimension representing height and the second representing width. The plate measures approximately 20.32 cm high by 30.48 cm wide. Product dimensions refer to the nameplate itself, not the shipping parcel. Review the preview at the intended size to check line breaks and the balance between text, numbers and artwork.

WhatsApp preview before production

1. Place your order and provide the name, house or office number, design preferences and WhatsApp number.
2. We prepare a digital preview using your supplied details and share it on WhatsApp for checking.
3. Check spelling, punctuation, numbers and the overall arrangement. Request any necessary corrections before approval.
4. After your approval, we process the personalised plate and dispatch the order.

The preview stage is especially important for regional-language text, initials and multiple names. Supply the exact text you want printed rather than relying on text visible in an example photograph. Production begins only after your approval; delivery timing depends on the approval and order-processing schedule. No fixed dispatch or delivery promise is made on this page.

Wall fixing and everyday care

Four silver mounting studs with the supplied screws and caps are included for wall fixing. Their contrasting finish complements the golden surface and gives the installation a neat appearance. Choose a firm, suitable mounting location and use fixings appropriate to the wall material. Take care around concealed cables and pipes. If you are unsure about the mounting surface, ask a competent installer to fit the plate.

Use a soft cloth for routine cleaning. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and forceful rubbing over the printed artwork. Gentle care helps maintain the brushed texture and printed detail. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, not a guarantee against every chemical, salt or environmental exposure. Protect the plate from unusually aggressive conditions and select a suitable location for your installation.
